Aftershocks continue after Hawaii quake(Oct 17)

I was very surprised when I saw this article. Because my close friends leave in Hawaii. So I send the message wonder about her. She said she was safe. But she was very afraid also that time she feel that she is died and panorama about her life. She realized that time kind of people until she leave. Because we don't know when we die. I regard my country as didn't quake sometimes. I hope she is safe until she leave in there.
